In order to receive your Notary commission, you’ll need to pass the Missouri Notary Exam and complete your application. 2. Take the Missouri Online Notary Exam (you can even use the Notary Handbook we give you to help you pass – the exam is open book)
3. Type in your application online, print and sign
4. Mail your Notary application and exam certificate to Notary of America (we’ll file it with the state for you and pay your filing fee)
5. Fax a copy of your commission letter to Notary of America (you’ll receive your commission letter from the State of Missouri after your application is filed)

Once your commission letter is received, your state-required, 4-year bond will be activated and your Notary Stamp will be sent to you.
