Refund Policies
New or Renewing Notaries:
Refunds will only be processed for orders cancelled within 6 months of receipt of payment by Notary of America providing that a written refund request is received:
- Prior to our receipt of your notary application or other notary documentation at Notary of America.
- Prior to fulfillment of order-related items such as stamps, logs or other items associated with receipt of a notary commission.
- Prior to processing of notary application documents by Notary of America, which includes any payments remitted to a state agency in response to fulfilling notary commission application requirements.
- Prior to issuing a Certificate or Proof of Completion for a notary course.
Notary Products and Supplies Refund Policy
If incorrect supplies are ordered, exchanges will be made if the supplies are returned within 30 days, are in "new" condition and have not been used. No refunds are provided for "personalized" supplies such as those with your name included or for supplies which have been used.
